Established for over 35 years this successful contractor has been providing mechanical, electrical and building services to customers across the London and Home Counties areas. Their customers include a number of local authorities, housing associations, registered providers and large commercial organisations where they have successfully established solid relationships through their quality work completed leading to repeat and new orders.

Commercial Administrator

Working with the Contracts Manager to help with the smooth running of the contract providing commercial administrative support for a key contract working 0800hrs to 1700hrs Monday to Friday. Initially, the role is based from Romford but once the office is opened in Erith then you will be required to transfer.

Typical tasks to include data input, ordering and recording of materials for site, processing payments, liaising with relevant parties as required and supportive administration duties.

You will:

* Have experience of working within a UK contractor as Commercial Assistant/Administrator

* Construction related qualifications is advantageous but not essential

* Experience of NHF or bespoke SOR’s for pricing purposes advantageous

* Accu-Serv experience advantageous although full training provided.

* Be numerate and able to work in a fast paced environment

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* IT literate

* Ability to work within a team or alone

* Stable work history

Compensation:

To £28k
