URPOSE OF THE JOB 1. To provide expert quality assessment of repairs and maintenance works to community premises and tenants and residents’ association (TRA) halls through use of specialist skills and knowledge, to deliver technical support and contract management of the repairs and maintenance contract. 2. Procure specialist contractors for the supply of services in accordance with procurement requirements - contract standing orders - to include preparation of specifications, contracts, working with and consulting with the relevant TRAs as appropriate. 3. To develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and partners and support them with all enquiries relating to management of community assets and TRA halls
