Mobile Carpenter Required (FRA) - Van & Fuelcard provided or allowance and mileage for using own large van.
Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 4.30pm
Pay: £21.00 PAYE or £25.00 UMRBELLA (NO LTD/CIS PAYMENTS)
Duration: Long Term Contract – temp to perm
Duties Social and void properties.
Fitting new fire doors , repair frames and upgrading existing doors.
Fitting electrical enclosures.
Installing fire related plaster board.
Experience in fire doors.
Understand fire door components.
Must have full UK driving licence will be issued van.
Fire Stopping Works.
Good Knowledge Of British Standards.
Excellent in quality management.
Good standard of record keeping and minor administration.
Excellent customer relationship skills
Qualifications & Experience
Full UK Drivers License
Carpentry qualification
DBS Check will be carried out for the successful applicant – must be able to pass a Basic DBS
