Our client is dedicated to transforming the landscape of commercial properties through strategic acquisitions and innovative redevelopment projects. You will have the opportunity to work on flagship projects with values up to £200 million and work alongside experienced, dedicated, like-minded professionals within the Construction industry!

Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Health and Safety Manager. In this dynamic position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all stakeholders involved in their construction projects. Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, you'll be instrumental in driving compliance and their own rigorous H&S standards.

Covering construction projects at various stages of the build, the role will see you predominantly cover sites within close vicinity of Central London and working directly for the Client.

Your responsibilities will include:
Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting project teams throughout all phases of construction
You'll champion safety, health, and well-being, ensuring that every project reflects their commitment to excellence
Building relationships on-site
Site Inspections
Writing Reports The successful Health & Safety Manager will hold:
Nebosh General or Construction Certificate or Equivalent
Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations
Experience in delivering large-scale Construction or Infrastructure projects
Understanding of the Building Safety Act
Experience working either client-side or for a Principal Contractor
Commutable to Central London
