Quantity Surveyor

Job title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 a year or approximately £250 - £300 per day
Location: London
O’Neil and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor. We are currently working with a number of clients who are offering a mixture of permanent and contract Quantity Surveyor roles. The roles are all based in London in a range of locations so the ability to travel would be ideal.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. You will also be required to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project and to ensure everything is on track. Additionally, you will advise clients and contractors on compliance issues and commercial risks associated with their projects and procure the necessary building permits to ensure the construction works comply with building regulations.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
* Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Prior experience working within the construction industry.
* A collaborative approach and will always be punctual and reliable.
* Ideally a full UK driving License and own vehicle.
