About the role
The Admissions & Partnership Manager is a vitally important role within the First Bridge Centre, reporting into the company’s COO. In this role you will have the responsibility for ensuring the seamless admission of early years children and pupils into the First Bridge Centre and school. The journey of parents and carers is at the heart of this role and continuous improvements of this journey is key. As an ambassador for First Bridge Centre, you will play a central role in communicating the Centre’s, care, compassion and other strengths to prospective families and the wider community.
As Admissions & Partnership Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of call for queries coming from calls, emails, and web enquiry forms (be able to redirect irrelevant enquiries efficiently
* Host show arounds in our centre/ school with prospective parents/carers,
* Coordinate intake assessments between parents/carers and the Clinical team.
* Create contracts and service agreements in line with the legal obligations of the company;
* Manage incoming payments from parents/carers, ensuring payments are made in a timely manner;
* Create a business development plan to ensure the challenging monthly pupil/child admissions targets are met.
* Develop FBC’s Business development pipeline building foreseeable business through strategic projects supported by the wider senior leadership team
* Regularly communicating with parents, schools via Teams/over the phone
* Working closely with the rest of Senior Leadership team to constantly improve our relationships and offering.
Key Skills, Qualities and Experiences
The successful candidate will have experience working in a successful rapidly growing business, ideally with experience or knowledge in the healthcare or education industries. A knowledge of SEN and Education Health Care Plans would be highly desirable. The individual will be passionate about our services and be committed to growing our company, tenacious, highly empathetic and with a truly flexible approach.
* Experience in a Business Development role within the education, care/ health care industry
* Experience in generating new business through innovative forms of engagement with industry experts
* Empathetic, flexible, with the ability to demonstrate and generate enthusiasm for First Bridge Centre/School and raising the profile of evidence-based practice i.e. Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in the UK
* Experience with managing high-net worth parent/carers relationships in a fast-paced environment
* A high level of confidentiality
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Proven track record in delivering challenging targets
* Experience with managing a CRM
* Administrative and IT skills e.g. competence in full Microsoft Office suite
* Flexible to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. There will be an incentive scheme associated with the role
