Build to Rent Account Manager

BTR Account Manager- Waterloo - £40,000pa DOE (85K OTE)

One property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a client side BTR account manager. This person needs to have experience in client facing rentals within Build to Rent or another property related role. The role will include being responsible of up to 10 accounts and will have to ensure the success of multiple schemes. This will include making sure the leasing staff are motivated and are letting the units efficiently. The right candidate needs to be assertive and hold accountability for the schemes that they are looking after. Doing a good job will result in new business so great performance is important.

Your core responsibilities will consist of:

Implementing effective market strategy.

Managing the remote and onsite teams to ensure that your plans are being adhered to with the upmost effectiveness.

Keeping all clients updated with the progress of the schemes.

Conducting presentations to outline your strategy and or success to the client.

Keeping good relationships with multiple clients through a result driven process.

Producing written plans and strategy that will ensure consistent results for the clients.

Taking accountability for the sites that you have been entrusted by the clients and resolve any issues that arise quickly.

I am looking for the following experience/ attributes:

A minimum 3 years experience in client/landlord facing services within the rental market.

Fantastic interpersonal skills

Marketing strategy experience in the rental sector.

Good problem-solving skills.

An ability to multitask and work under pressure with competing deadlines.

Excellent time management skills.
