Salary: £85 to start, increasing to £103 after 12 weeks

Sanza Teaching Agency is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Greenwich. About the Role:

Position: EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Greenwich, London
Contract Type: Temporary, Full-time
Commencement: September

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support to children with Special Educational Needs within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Assisting in the development and implementation of engaging and inclusive activities that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
Encouraging and promoting independent learning and social interaction among students.
Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment conducive to the overall well-being and development of pupils.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, preferably within an Early Years setting.
Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs, Education, or a related field are desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach towards supporting children with diverse learning needs.
An understanding of EYFS curriculum and strategies for promoting early development and learning.
