SEN Primary Teacher

Primary SEN Teacher - East London - Full- time - 5 days a week

SENCare Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Complex Needs SEN Primary Teacher to work in a "Good" Jewish SEN School in East London.

Job title: Complex Needs Primary Teacher - KS1

Start: ASAP

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm - Mon Fri

Duties:

* To provide high quality learning and teaching within the School

* To lead a KS1 Class

* Follow students EHCPs

* To provide positive behaviour management and social development of students

* To work in partnership with parents and carers in supporting the education of their children

* We are looking for potential candidates that have experience with children with autism, severe learning difficulties and complex needs.

* The ideal candidate will -

* Have at least 2 years experience Teaching to students with complex disabilities

* Teach the engagement model level with some of the pupils working a little above that in terms of curricular focus areas.

* Make accurate and productive use of assessment to promote good progress.

* Have a clear DBS registered to the update service

* Be available Monday-Friday - 5 days a week

* Be empathetic and calm natured
