Minimum Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications and experience

Ideal Candidate Traits:

- Demonstrated excellence in the classroom
- Energy, passion, and dedication to raising standards
- Proactive with outstanding planning and organizational skills
- Preferably experienced in supporting students with SEMH and additional needs
- Knowledgeable about educational advancements
