Carrington West are pleased to be working with a leading, London based property developer. As they continue to grow and expand their services, they are seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Planning Director.
 
Position Overview:
 
In this leadership role as Planning Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving their planning projects to success, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth. If you have a passion and deep understanding of UK planning regulations, and a track record of delivering impactful projects, we want to hear from you.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Lead, manage, and contribute technical expertise to the preparation, implementation and presentation of Planning projects.
·Provide strategic guidance on planning projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
·Stay up-to-date with changes in planning legislation and policies, and apply this knowledge to project work.

Qualifications:
 
·A degree in Town Planning or other relevant professional qualifications.
·Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
·Minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in town planning.
·Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies.
·Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
 
Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority is a must. Please note that applications won't be considered without the criteria being met.
