Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction, training employees to provide an exceptional service

Promptly address any complaints and implement changes based on customer feedback

Manage inventory to ensure stock levels, minimise waste and maintain cost efficiency

Maintain safety and security, monitoring the site for potential hazards and ensuring team members have received necessary training

Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of the business, and ensuring continuous improvement

Implement and develop policies to establish clear guidelines and to provide a solid framework for employees to follow
