Red Sky Personnel is recruiting for a Space Optimisation Analyst/ Logistic Space Planner to join our client, a leading company in logistics and space planning, on a permanent basis. This role is essential for ensuring the effective space planning and operational alignment within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
•Working collaboratively with the Head Office Space Planning Teams to ensure a smooth transition of Quarterly changes.
•Managing all Quarterly Planning changes across Logistics to a high standard and within expected timeframes.
•Managing the influx of New Lines in line with the Logistics Planogram and Store picking Model.
•Implement a robust system of regular reviews and clear communication of the Logistics Space Plans to ensure continued accuracy.
•Engaging and working collaboratively with Logistics colleagues to ensure continuous accuracy of the space plan and ensuring solutions are implemented in a timely manner to resolve any issues.
•Implement System changes in-line with all Quarterly changes and carry out regular reviews to ensure the System functionality is in line with the Plan and Logistics requirements.
•Adherence to all business, HSE Processes, Policies & Compliance at all times
•Demonstrate a professional & respectful manner at all times.

Pay Rate

£35,000-£40,000 DOE.

Person Specification
*
Proven experience within a similar role in a busy logistical environment.
*
Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit are essential.
*
Must be hardworking and reliable with an excellent work ethic.
*
Proficiency in Excel and SAP is required; Manhattan software experience is a plus.
*
Ability to influence, challenge, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
*
Flexibility to work from various logistics sites as needed.
*
Must have no unspent criminal convictions – Successful candidates will be required to apply for a Criminal Record Check.
Due to this role being within a warehouse that supplies UK Airports, you must qualify. Therefore, you will need to be able to provide the following information:
