Commercial Management Accountant

IN2Consult / Commercial Management Accountant / up to £50,000 pa / 12 month FTC 

IN2Consult are partnering with a well established property development & housing company who are on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join their team for the next 12 months. This role will have a lot of business partnering so the successful candidate will need to have a good level of commercial acumen. For the right candidate they can offer up to £50,000 pa & the role offers 1/2 days of office working per week. Please see below the responsibilities -

Responsibilities 

Business partner with our internal stakeholders and Joint Venture partners to ensure accurate project appraisal models and receipt of timely information.
To act as a financial lead for your projects in supporting Development and the business through the governance process.
To produce monthly reconciliations and notes to the financial statements, ensuring that financial and accounting records are accurately reflected in the accounting systems.
To assist in the production of annual statutory financial statements, notes to statements and to liaise with external auditors during interim and annual audits.
To assist in the coordination and the production of annual budgets with the relevant budget holders. Provide quarterly forecast of expected outturn and assisting in monitoring their budgets.
Skills Required

Commercial acumen
Background in property, real estate or housing
Strong MS Excel skills & good MS Word skills 
5 + years of management accounting experience
2 + years of business partnering
