Leaders in Care is searching for a Head of Mental Health (RMN) to join a national award-winning complex care community provider. The main purpose of this exciting position is to lead a brand-new Learning Disability division with the potential for career advancement to a director level position and equity stake in the business!
Role: Head of Mental Health (RMN)
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus benefits

As the Head of Mental Health, you will play a pivotal role in the successful establishment and management of our new Learning Disability division. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in ensuring service users receive the highest standard of care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and be part of an exciting journey towards becoming a leading provider of Learning Disability services in the community.
Key responsibilities of the Head of Mental Health:
Launching and managing the day-to-day operations of a new Learning Disability division as the Registered Manager
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional care services
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team to achieve outstanding results
Developing and implementing effective care strategies in collaboration with service users and their families
Contributing to the growth and success of the organization
Requirements for the Head of Mental Health position:
Proven Registered Manager experience in Learning Disability community services
Registered Nurse Qualification (RNLD / RMN)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and empower a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
