In your role as Bartender, you will work with proactive and energetic team members passionate about service. Our team is always contributing to our success by providing new ideas and being dynamic. There is always something new and fun happening making this a fulfilling place to be!

GENERAL DUTIES

· To adhere to the hours of work/shift system. To be punctual and to arrive at the outlet at the appropriate time (5 min before the beginning of the shift).

· To ensure the uniforms provided are kept clean, in good condition and that it is presentable, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are met and demonstrate a professional image for guests.

· Deal with assigned projects and duties managing time in an efficient way.

· Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.

· Escorts guest to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.

· Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.

· Assists in opening and closing procedure in the outlets.

· Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.

· Closely monitors the quality of food and beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard.

· Ensures all the service stations are fully stocked for each service period. Take special care in maintaining all stations’ and bars’ cleanliness and report any damage when it occurs.

· Reports any compliments/complaints immediately to Supervisor or Manager.

· Ensures the bar is set as per outlet standards.

· Deals with payment according to our policies and procedures.

· Deals with cashier duties when required.

· Assists in other areas of the Food & Beverage operation as and when required.

· Hands over necessary information before finishing the shift, accurately completes the daily log sheet (for those concerned).

· To have the required level of knowledge of beverages, coffees and cocktails.
