Here at the First Bridge Centre and School we are excited to announce that we have a new role for a Recruitment Lead to join our HR team and help us ensure that we are bringing the best talent on board with a seamless recruiting experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the COO, the Recruiter is responsible for supporting the delivery of crucial commercial, customer focused Recruitment service, which supports First Bridge’s clinical model delivery and primary business objectives. The role will be joining at a time of growth and expansion and will play a pivotal role to ensuring its success. They will do this through the effective management of the recruitment process from headhunting and market research through to our volume talent acquisition for our clinical roles.

As the Recruiter at First Bridge Centre and School your responsibilities will include:

* Ensure there is a comprehensive attraction strategy in place

* Build recruitment brand, developing creative/cost-effective recruitment solutions

* Create and maintain contact with a Talent Bank of candidates to ensure proactive recruitment

* Keep the use of recruitment agencies to an absolute minimum and if their services are required build relationships and ensure cost-effective and timely solutions.

* Provide advice and guidance to Managers on Recruitment and Selection needs.

* Determine recruitment assessment approach for each role, ensuring consistent processes are in place for similar roles.

* Screen and interview candidates

* Arrange all stages of the selection process liaising with Manager and candidates.

* Ensure spending is in line with recruitment budget and as approved by the Finance Department.

Specific skills and experience required will include:

* Proven expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle

* Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a genuine interest in candidate experience

* Strong attention to detail

* Self-motivated with a desire to learn

* Strong Administrative and IT skills e.g. competence in Microsoft Office and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.

* A keen awareness of market challenges in the SEN educational sector and the ability to design effective and competitive recruitment strategies

* Driven to look at ways to continuously improve processes

* Organised and proactive, able to multi-task

* Ability to keep clear and accurate records

* Empathy and understanding of preschool children with special needs

* Proficiency in interpreting and utilising recruitment data to inform fit for purpose recruitment strategies

* An understanding of ‘Safer Recruitment’.

Desirable

* Previous clinical recruitment experience would be beneficial, particularly Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) roles.
