Legal Counsel - Commercial and Corporate

The Legal Counsel will support our legal department in a broad range of matters, including commercial, corporate and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Legal Counsel – Commercial and Corporate will be part of the Office of the General Counsel and will be responsible for providing advice and assistance on a broad range of legal matters.

Reporting to the General Counsel, Legal Counsel will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to loan, supply, agency, collaboration, confidentiality, credit facility, consultancy agreements and leases.

The duties will further involve providing legal guidance to our institutions in other jurisdictions, handling compliance and GDPR-related risks, as well as assisting the General Counsel in M&A related transactions, including due diligence, and with managing internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales

* 5+ PQE in commercial and corporate transactions

* Proven track record of handling complex commercial agreements

* Working knowledge of M&A and due diligence
