Our notable law firm client is seeking a Reception Manager to join their London office on a 16-month fixed term contract.

This is a busy and varied role leading the Front of House staff to provide exceptional service to all clients and visitors.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Effectively manage the Reception and Front of House team to provide a high level of service.
Take ownership of any issues that arise and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
Assist with recruitment and training of colleagues.
Prepare budgets and monthly reports.
Book and organise boardrooms.To be considered for this role, candidates must have a corporate background, have previous experience leading a team successfully and have the ability to prioritise work and delegate.
