As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient assembly of mechanical components according to strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
Inspect parts for defects or imperfections and troubleshoot assembly issues as needed.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Collaborate with engineers and quality control personnel to resolve any quality or design issues during the assembly process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to lean manufacturing principles.
Meet production targets and deadlines while ensuring high product quality and adherence to specifications.Qualifications:
Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
