Nova Talent are supporting a UK textiles manufacturer in their search for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the wider Sales Team, based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Working within both B2B & B2C, the successful candidate will responsible for supporting a small and successful Sales team, and will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence across their customer portfolio.
Duties to include:
* To actively seek new sales opportunities to expand the existing client base.
* Drive sales growth to meet and exceed targets.
* Deliver customer care, ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
* Communicate with customers about promotions and new product launches and any other company and product information required.
* Provide quotations in line with customer requirements.
* To liaise with internal stakeholders such as production/warehousing in relation to customer orders, to ensure smooth delivery and within the agreed lead times.
Requirements for the role:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a sales-driven environment
* Proven customer focussed experience
* Excellent business systems knowledge including CRM
* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Results driven
* Passionate and enthusiastic
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Interest in eCommerce and Online Selling
