Role Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Expand retail sales within the grocery market, focusing on sustainable and profitable growth.
• Account Management: Ensure effective management of accounts, maintaining them within acceptable credit terms.
• Brand Promotion: Drive the marketing strategies for their Baking brand, enhancing its market presence and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the retail sector and in a food environment, demonstrating the ability to develop and expand sales channels.
• Strategic Planning: Exceptional organizational skills with a structured and strategic approach to sales.
• Commercial Insight: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends and dynamics.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in computer literacy and modern sales tools. Good knowledge of customer portals.
• Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated and industrious, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
