Responsibilities:

* Develop teachers across the school

* Lead on the subject of Business Studies

* Play a role in middle management with a path to senior leadership

* Contribute to the school's goal of achieving top grades in upcoming inspections

Requirements:

* Clear evidence of successful Business Studies teaching experience

* Understanding of effective teaching principles

* Ability to motivate, engage, and progress pupils from diverse backgrounds

* Familiarity with teaching Business Studies at secondary level

* Excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies

* Commitment to continuous professional development

* Willingness to train and develop other teachers across the school
