Role Overview: As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of upper primary students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents, you will contribute to the school's ethos of continuous improvement, ensuring that every child receives the support and encouragement they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a culture of professional growth
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnershipsRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching in KS2, preferably within a UK primary school setting
A passion for education and a commitment to ensuring the success of every child
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture
