Workshop Recruitment are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to join our busy office. We are based on the outskirts of Portsmouth in Drayton and we are looking for an experienced individual to join our busy team. We are a forward-thinking company that are looking for people that want to grow with us. This role will be focused on providing strong admin support to our back-end payroll and as well as providing consultant support across our divisions.
Experience of previously working within a recruitment office would be an advantage but is not essential. You must be an excellent communicator, have accurate data entry and admin skills and be able to juggle priorities.
Working within company policies and under the guidance of directors, the main duties of the Admin & Support Role are listed below:
Payroll Support - part duties to start with, training to be provided over time to cover all
* Data entry of new starters/ clients
* Data entry of timesheets, holiday, perm invoices and credits
* Checking of timesheets, sending out and chasing as required
* Scan invoices/timesheets to email to clients
* Checking of holidays booked and collate on holiday sheet for payroll
* Validating payroll and checking Ltd company spreadsheets
* Collating hours and pay rates using order forms and spreadsheets
* Dealing with payroll queries
* Processing P45’s
* Running of payroll reports, sending BACS
* Inputting payments on the system
* Pension reports
* RTI reports
Consultant Support – Adverts
* Provide and edit adverts for the Commercial, Industrial and Engineering Divisions – to be checked by directors before sending
* Post all job adverts on JobMate (3rd Party Posting)
* Renew and review adverts
Consultant Support – CV’s
* Responsible for formatting CV’s for Directors and Consultants alike
* Input candidates onto CRM System
Consultant Support – Resourcing
* Resourcing for legal team and other divisions when required
* LinkedIn prospecting for Engineering, Commercial & Legal Divisions
* Send texts and emails to candidates to capture referrals
* Searching job boards to generate leads for the sales team
Consultant Support – Other
* Contribute to blogs and resources on website by conducting research
* Post any scheduled blogs on social media
* LinkedIn Lead Generation – prospecting decision makers on LinkedIn to try and book appointments, pick up vacancies
You will also be required to cover reception as and when needed. You will be responsible for:
* Meeting and greeting applicants
* Handing out application packs as per the consultant’s instruction
* Talk to walk-in candidates and determine suitability for roles – pass to relevant consultant
* Answer incoming calls into the branch
