Delivery Administrator - Reading - £25,000 to £30,000
Working for a leading technology integrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and serving as a point of contact for stakeholders.
This role is suitable for someone that has experience within retail or a service desk and who has an interest in technology.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiries and support requests.
* Understand clients' specific needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
* Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
* Oversee the implementation and deployment of digital signage solutions for retail clients, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
* Monitor the performance and health of digital signage systems, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues or malfunctions.
* Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability of digital signage networks.
* Provide technical support to retail clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to digital signage systems.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
* Develop and maintain knowledge resources and documentation to assist clients in troubleshooting common problems independently.
* Assist clients in the onboarding process, guiding them through the setup and configuration of digital signage solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure they maximize the value of their digital signage investments.
* Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of content displayed on digital signage screens.
* Generate and analyze performance reports to track key metrics such as uptime, content engagement, and client satisfaction.
Experience
* Strong administration experience within a similar role is essential
