TristoneNash have partnered with a highly reputable social housing provider who is seeking to appoint a Financial Inclusion Officer
Location: Basingstoke, Blandford, Bristol, Christchurch, Exeter and Thatcham
Start date: Mid-June 2024
Home-working: 3 days from home per week
Length of Contract: Permanent
Pay: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (09:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday)
* Helping to shape and deliver Energy Support service, aiming to be proactive and preventative in fuel and energy insecurity, working in the community across the South West
* Delivering Financial Inclusion interventions, projects and partnerships, ensuring delivery meets the aims of the corporate plan and the communities’ strategy
* Working on development and delivery of a financial inclusion provision, with a focus on fuel and energy poverty
* Identifying new delivery partners to work with to continue to build the Financial and Digital Inclusion offer to residents
* Utilising performance management tools to work with external partners, delivering desired outcomes
* Preparing and presenting written, financial and statistical reports to management
* Communicating with stakeholders and being aware of challenges faced by tenants who are financially excluded
