We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the office and to support the HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for promoting a positive workplace culture.

Job Title: Office Coordinator

Type: 12-month FTC

Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum

Location: Reading, with free onsite parking

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support and facilities management
Organising meetings, and attending to take minutes
Address employee enquiries and provide basic HR-related guidance and support
Organise the layout of the office and arrange any required maintenance
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Updating and reformatting documents and templates
General reception duties such as greeting customers
Ad hoc administration tasksSkills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of handling basic HR queries, cases, and issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office including spreadsheets
