January to October

Warehouse Operative
Checking in Colleagues
Delivering performance plans / Performance review
Return to works
Liase with Agency Manager and Client Team Managers.
October to December
Day Shift 05.30 – 14.00 Thursday to Monday

Site tours and delivering Inductions
Reconfirming shifts
Planning weekly rosters
Booking New starter
Checking in Colleagues
Delivering performance plans / Performance review
Completing Weekly KPI’s and reports
Return to works
Liase with Agency Manager and Client Team Managers.
Colleague management
And General Warehouse Operative Duties
Picking/packing either manually or using RF technology to a high standard of accuracy Loading and unloading trailers Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards Maintain high standards of site housekeeping Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English Able to follow instructions. Able to work under pressure, to targets and deadlines. Numerical and focused on accuracy. Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting. Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling. Able to work as part of a team. Previous experience preferred but not essential. Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement.
