About my client
Building Services Main Contractor providing civils, fabric, mechanical and electrical services.
Projects are across Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Oxford and Surrey areas,
Clients range from NHS, MoD, Government, Local Authorities, Education and Commercial.
Project Values up to apx £1M
About this role
This role will be to manage projects from site set up to delivery
You will be part of the pre construction phase
Liaising with the client regularly
Creating and updating construction programmes
Liaising with the QS regarding CVRS and payments
Manage the contractual obligations
Manage between 1 and 3 project concurrently depending on the value and size of the scheme
About you
You will have experience of managing a project from inception to completion
You will have experience of pre construction and tendering for projects
You will be very customer facing and be confident to liaise with clients of all levels
You will have experience of dealing with both JCT and NEC contracts
You will be experienced at delivering multiple projects concurrently across different sites
You will be able to gain full security clearance
You will have experience of liaising with electrical and fabric Project Managers to manage the overall project to completion
