Pay: £130 - £235 (Paid to scale)

Location: Southampton

Hours - 8am – 3.30PM

Temporary full-time

Start – September 2024 till May 2025

About the role:

Supply Desk are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher for a Secondary School based in Southampton. The role will be on a Long-term contract starting September 2024. It is important that you have experience and good knowledge teaching Business Studies and be a committed and professional teacher with a great student support focus. You will be working in an excellent department that offers great support. 

About the School:

The School is a mixed Secondary School based in Southampton for students aged from 11 to 16 years with around 900 students in total. The School comes with a Good Ofsted rating and has a supportive SLT that cares deeply for the Schools values. The School is rated as one of the best Schools for students to learn and exceed their expectations.  

The ideal candidate will:

Be a committed team player
Be confident and adaptable to different environments
Be able to deliver lessons in a fun and engaging way that students can relate 

·       Current valid DBS or the willingness to obtain one
You will be required to work confidently with Key Stage 3-5 pupils.
