Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor on an employed hybrid basis to join their clients team, within a established, directly authorised firm. You will be part of a passionate team who love what they do, with a consistent flow of quality leads and a strong encouraging team around you. as well as flexibility in hybrid working and support of mortgage administrators too. 

We are looking for a like minded individual to join the team, who has a passion for their work and proud of the high standard service you offer your clients.

fantastic commision rates paid!  Duties will include: 
Provide a quality, compliant and efficient  advice service to clients.
Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
Gather sufficient client information and identify client needs.
Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner You will have:
A minimum of 3 years experience as an Mortgage Advisor 
Cemap 3 qualified - CAS status desirable
A forward thinking personality  
£28,000 - £45,000 Basic + Commission
OTE £100k
