Office based in Exeter, salary up to £25,000, full time permanent role
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join a company who value their people offering great development and benefits; for an experienced Administrator who is organised and efficient to support the Exeter Office with general Administration requirements.
Job Duties:
Managing and coordinating administrative functions
Handling office correspondence and communication
Organising and scheduling appointments and meetings
Assisting with document preparation and filing
Updating and maintaining office databases and records
Providing general administrative support to staff
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
