Job: Service Coordinator
Location: Midsomer Norton, Radstock
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm (30 minute lunch)
Rate of Pay: £24,960 (+ Bonus)
My client is a specialist within their field, supplying a national service, fitting, installation and repair of their world-renowned products. Being the UK subsidiary, they offer a complete range of products and this is backed up by comprehensive project management experience, a highly trained technical department and sales team.
The Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven responsible individual who can support, assist and multi-task with ease. This is a varied role and would be ideally suited to an individual who can adapt easily with change, be super organised and enjoys delivering great customer care. This role will provide on-going customer support liaising with technicians ensuring client demands are met within a timely fashion.
The Role includes:
* Logging new service calls/customer liaison via in-house system
* Daily planning of your allocated service technicians
* Housekeeping of database, sites, equipment etc
* Customer Care / Updating on their open/ongoing repairs or orders
* Liaising with colleagues
* General administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment
* A good working knowledge of the MS Excel, Word and Outlook
* Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships
* Good communication and teamworking skills are essential
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
