2-week temporary assignment – 6 x roles available – 28th May to 10th June

* Looking for candidates with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our well-established client on a 2 week temporary basis

Key responsibilities:

* Liaising with customers via telephone and email offering a friendly and professional service

* Updating internal system

Requirements:

* High level of literacy and numeracy.

* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

* Excellent telephone manner

* Previous customer service experience strongly desirable

* Good IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes (Teams, Outlook)

* Required to own a smartphone
