Role Overview
The Mechanical Contracts Manager will provide critical support to our client's expanding operations, delivering top-tier service to a diverse clientele involved in industries such as Aggregate, Cement, and Water Management. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction and operational success in the region.

Responsibilities Include:

Direct and manage all aspects of mechanical engineering projects, from initial inquiry through to final account settlement.
Develop detailed estimates and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project stages.
Uphold and advance client relationships, consistently exceeding service expectations to foster long-term partnerships.
Ensure adherence to the highest standards of health and safety across all areas of operation, championing the company's commitment to these principles.
Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, particularly within heavy industries such as steelwork.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a track record of successful client liaison and team leadership.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing client relationships and managing diverse teams.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in all aspects of work.
