Poole – Workshop Manager – upto £50k
My client are leaders in the automotive rental industry and are increasingly growing and are looking for a Workshop Manager.
Main Duties:
* Ensure adherence to our safe systems of work and all relevant legislative and health and safety protocols within the workshop
* Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), costs, productivity, and compliance metrics to meet targets
* Supervise your team to ensure the delivery of vehicle management and maintenance services
* Managing and coaching your team of technicians and apprentices
* Provide comprehensive operational performance analysis to internal and external stakeholders
* Establish and uphold standards of compliance, behaviour, and work ethics that prioritize customer satisfaction
* Working with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service for customers
* Oversee parts management within the workshop
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience within a Workshop Manager type role
* Experience within an automotive car and LCV environment
* Knowledge of workshop/technician type roles
The salary for the position is upto £50k depending on experience
