Part Time Finance Assistant
Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are in a search for a Part Time Finance Assistant to join our customer in Bridport, Dorset.
Role objective
Provide assistance with financial tasks to the Finance & Office and Registered Manager, and offer general administrative support as required.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible of all transaction – Sales invoicing and receipt of payments, supplier transaction and payments, staff expenses and to ensure correct coding via QuickBooks.
- Ensure that all transactions have been approved.
- Ensure that all purchases are correctly order and the order processed for payment, on QuickBooks.
- Ensure that misc. suppliers orders are processed correctly.
- Input supplier payments into Bankline with dual authorization.
- Monitor petty cash, reconcile credit card statements, and deposit cheques into the company’s bank account.
- Ensure accurate billing and follow up on unpaid invoices.
- Provide accounting support and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
- Manual handling and lifting as and when required.
- Ad Hoc duties when needed.
Working Days:
- 3 days a week – one of these must be Friday.
- 21 hours/week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
