Our Client has a new and exciting role as Regional Operations Manager covering a number of brand new Children's Residential Homes due to open in Wiltshire. It is a unique opportunity to support them on a new journey as they open the homes and welcome Children and Young people.

As the Regional Operational Manager for Wiltshire, you will be overseeing the provisions of care and the environment, coupled with all regional matters. You will be attaining stability, excellent outcomes for young people, developing outstanding services, professionally trained staff and attain financial viability to secure growth.

The Role:

* Work with the referral managers to meet agreed admissions and placement targets. Ensure that effective placement plans, risk assessments, risk management and health care plans, and all relevant documentation, are in place for all resident children.

* Ensure continual quality improvement to achieve and maintain Ofsted Outstanding/Good.

* Lead on all safeguarding matters.

* To ensure that each children’s home meets and exceeds the standards and expectations contained in its Statement of Purpose.

* To establish and maintain effective working relationships with Local Authorities and other key agencies to achieve best outcomes for young people.

Requirements:

* You will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.

* You will need an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.

* You will need a full UKI Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
