Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Pay Rate: Pre parity - £11.44 per hour, post parity (After 12 weeks £13.32 per hour)

Location: Coleford, GL16

Shifts timings:

Range of 8 to 12 hour shifts

12 hours pattern: (Apply online only) & (Apply online only) (rotational)

8 hours pattern: Morning: 06:00 - 14:00, Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00 & Night: 22:00 - 06:00 (rotational)

After 12 week, day shift allowance £17.16 per shift
After 12 weeks night shift allowance £28.60 per shift

*Must be flexible for any shift pattern including day and night as per the requirement.

Training and development Responsibilities:

Ensure effective production of quality products
Forklift duties
Supply of parts to production areas
Follows all standard operating procedures
Responsible for handling the product efficiently
Some manual lifting required
Adhere to PPE and H&S requirements
Any other reasonable request as determined by line manager
Completion of process control sheets when relevant
Pro - Actively controlling potential problemsQualifications:

Having a counterbalance license is preferred but not essential as in-house refresher course will be given
Should be basic computer literate
Should have excellent communication skills
