Job description:
Our client is experiencing massive growth and has a full order book for the future. We are looking for experienced GRP Finishers to work on a contract basis for a prestigious boat builder in Dorset.
Duties include:
Carry out all paint, lacquer, GRP and surface polishing and repair work
Finishing gel coat by hand using paper, finishing compounds, sanders, polishers and blocks
Trimming GRP using saws
Basic housekeeping duties
Correct use of PPE
Key skills and Qualifications required:
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
Good team player and excellent communicator
A thorough understanding of GRP laminating and associated processes including those mentioned above which may include trimming and grinding.
Understanding of quality processes
2+ years' experience gained within the Marine industry is essential.

Pay: £21.00 per hour self employed
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
