Receptionist Temporary Cover / Premium Car Dealership
Location: Swindon, SN5
Start: ASAP
Contract: 2 to 3 weeks
Hours: Must be flexible, 40 hours per week.
Pay: £12 per hour
Role:
Meet & great customers, provide suitable refreshments
Answer and manage calls emails enquiries
Record calls, visits and relay messages in a timely manner
Occasional invoicing and filing
Manage customer waiting area and showroom
Signing and receiving any deliveries
Transfer customers to relevant departments
