Blue Water Recruitment Limited are currently recruiting for a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large concrete frame project in the Bath area.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous project experience such as high-rise apartment blocks, student accommodation or office blocks.
You will be joining a respectable Tier 1 Contractor with a huge pipeline of work within the Bristol, Bath & Swindon area.
About You:
* Must have previous concrete frame experience.
* BSC Hons Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Proven experience with either a Main Contractor or developer
Salary Package:
* Negotiable salary up to £75,000
