Job Title: Housing Worker
Role Type: Temp - Permanent
Salary: £14.68 PAYE - £16.22 Umbrella

Our client, a leading mental health and homeless pathway charity, is seeking a dedicated Housing Worker to join their team and provide a high-quality housing management service to individuals with mental health and related support needs. This temp - permanent role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in B&NES, Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire, ensuring that service users can achieve their hopes and ambitions.
Support service users in achieving recovery and wellbeing opportunities
Ensure regular rent and service charge collection to maximize organizational income
Maintain properties and conduct health and safety checks to create a safe and supportive environment Preferred Requirements:
Expertise in housing compliance and health and safety
Strong CRM skills to liaise effectively with support workers and external agencies
Organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications:
Numeracy and literacy to GCSE level/NVQ 2 or equivalent
Proven experience in housing management or supported housing, particularly with individuals with complex needs
