£50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance (Depending on experience)
An opportunity to join a large retail fit-out contractor. Due to volume of work they want a Project Manager to join them working on supermarket fitout projects.
This company has an excellent reputation; so delivery projects on time and in budget is important to them. There is commercial support given so the main focus on you is project delivery.
The Role
Responsible for managing contracts of varying values
Project locations across the UK
A sound knowledge and understanding of JCT contracts, and demonstrable experience of running interior fit out works contracts
Client facing role, including chairing of client/progress meetings
Knowledge and understanding programming & procurement of fit-out projects
The role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is critical
Attend progress meetings
Compilation of contractor's report
Health & Safety on site
Procurement of site materials & labour resources
The Person
Experience of management of retail fit out projects
Must have urgency
Relevant qualifications ie, Trade Certificates, Site Management, First Aid Asbestos Awareness
