SAP Assessor

This is the exciting opportunity for an established SAP assessor to join a nationwide Energy and Sustainability consultancy to provide a range of services to a wide range of clients.
Role responsibilities include:
Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and assessments
Produce general energy and sustainability reports and statements
Use IES software to carry out overheating analysis to TM59
Provide highly technical services and solutions to clients to build and develop working relationshipsThe ideal candidate will have:
An OCDEA accreditation with at least 2 years' experience carrying out SAP Assessments within a relevant role
Ideally an educational background within energy and sustainability
Experience with IES software and carrying out SBEM calculations.
It would be advantageous to have experience with Part O regulations and overheating analysis, but training can be provided
