We are looking for highly motivated Individual who will either have experience of currently being a Senior Industrial Consultant or who is ready for the next stage of their career.
The Right Candidate
* Currently working in a 360 Industrial Consultant /Senior Consultant Position
* Must have a career history of developing and running a successful Industrial Desk
* Competitive, with a will do what it takes attitude.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Desire to progress within your career.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Developing and establishing a warm desk.
* Managing a portfolio of existing clients as well as generating new opportunities
* Managing candidates and clients expectations whilst delivering a high quality service.
* Implementation and understanding of the rules and regulations that govern the industry
* Running recruitment campaigns and resourcing the right worker for the right roles
* Building and running your own team
