Our client is a large-scale enterprise in the retail industry, with a team of over 1,000 employees. Specialising in air conditioning products, they have a strong market presence globally turning over £5 Billion a year. They have 6 offices in the UK, this role will be based out of there Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.

Description

Provide excellent customer service and support
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Assist with product information and advice
Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with other departments for customer service delivery
Maintain customer records and databases
Participate in team meetings and training
Adhere to company policies and protocolsProfile

A successful Customer Support should have:
