We now have an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Manager to join us. We are looking for a tenacious and ambitious person who thrives in a busy environment and possesses a positive attitude, building positive and lasting relationships should come naturally to you. Previous experience in recruitment and specifically healthcare recruitment would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities

Identifying and developing candidate relationships
*
Attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
*
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
*
Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
*
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate

Ideally a background in sales or some sales experience

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Proactive, tenacious and positive attitude

Excellent relationship building and communications skills

The ability to overcome objections and the ability to speak to people at all levels confidently
