Brook Street are working with a international client who are continuing to their regional business in Avonmouth. This means they are on the look out of experienced Sales Administrators who have had their own experience within the logistics sector. This role comes with an attractive salary, plenty of in house incentives and events and the change for progression.

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE AVONMOUTH INDUSTRIAL ESTATE - CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO RELIABLY COMMUTE 5 DAYS PER WEEK

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage Key Accounts: Oversee a pool of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.
Daily Customer Interaction: Engage with customers daily to address issues and handle bookings.
Inbound Call Management: Manage inbound calls from the client base, handling queries or redirecting as necessary.
Quoting and Pricing: Gather details for quotes, calculate prices, and communicate them back to customers.
Booking Logging: Log all customer bookings and updates accurately into in-house systems.
General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Experience Required

Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
Administrative Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inside sales is preferred.
Logistics Sector Experience: Previous experience in the logistics sector is advantageous.
Customs Knowledge: Knowledge of customs processes is beneficial.
